PEPPERMINT TWIST AND HOLIDAY BLISS!

We're sleighing the sugar game this holiday season with our crunchy Peppermint Twist Mini Cookies! With the perfect blend of cool peppermint and rich chocolate, they're a festive treat you'll fa la la fall in love with.

Made with almond flour, white chips and cocoa powder, these cookies look and taste naughty, but they’re not! Sugar is elfed up. That’s why we only use 2g of it in each serving of our Peppermint Twist Mini Cookies. Plus, each bag packs 6g of protein.

We don’t think even Santa himself will be able to tell the difference between our gluten and grain-free cookies and the warm, chocolatey ones you grew up with!

You Ask, We Answer

Why are these more expensive than mainstream options?

We're committed to making products that use no added sugars, artificial flavors or artificial colors and that are low carb and gluten-free. That means our products are more expensive to make than many conventional brands. We pay extra to use premium ingredients like Almond Flour and Monk Fruit Extract that cost more than traditional flours and sugar-based sweeteners. When it comes to snacking: quality, taste and your health are three things we don't think you should ever have to compromise on! Sugar sucks, but your snacks shouldn't!

What are net carbs and how are the calculated?

The term "net carbs" simply means carbs that will be absorbed by the body. Since fiber and certain sugar alcohols, like the erythritol we use, are not digestible by the body, we subtract dietary fiber, erythritol, allulose, and glycerin from the total carb count. For example, our Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies have 11 grams of total carbs. However, once you subtract 2g of dietary fiber and 7g of Erythritol, your body only digests 2g of net carbs per serving.

What sweeteners do HighKey snacks use?

Our products use a proprietary blend of Monk Fruit, Stevia Extract, and Erythritol. In select products, we also use Allulose.
