Guaranteed that no one will ever guess that these rich and decadent brownies are from a prepared mix, let alone that they boast only 3.3 Net Carbs per brownie! Whether you are a low-carb dieter or just a fan of amazing desserts, these Peppermint Ganache Brownies are, in fact, quite possibly the perfect holiday treat!


  • 1 package HighKey Brownie Mix, prepared and cooked
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free peppermint extract
  • 3 sugar-free candy canes (optional)


Allergens: eggs, dairy, nuts.


  1. In a small pot over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy whipping cream and peppermint extract until smooth and glossy.
  2. Pour the ganache over the brownies and cool 30 minutes before slicing.
  3. If desired, crush the candy canes and sprinkle them over the top of the ganache before cooling.
